Why am I so hungry on Medifast?
I heard from someone who said: Well, I did lose weight, but I was also kind of hungry most days. Now, instead, I think about the day ahead, plan out my meals, and if I can't do a Nutrisystem meal, I plan out a balanced substitute meal. I have struggled for so long to lose weight after having three kids. Despite this week's struggles, there was a success this morning when I was able to tighten my belt by one notch.
